Many users accidentally write separate captions for each platform instead of platform specific captions. Also many users write a second caption when trying to make an edit to an existing one, since they have to click the pencil icon to populate the caption after already clicking "manage content". The current caption should already be populated in that box, or a larger edit button should be present.
