Custom Video Thumbnail Upload

I understand a workaround is to add 1 frame of the image we'd like to use into the video, but it'd be nice to be able to upload a custom thumbnail separately. YouTube videos especially.

This would be a huge timesaver, and wouldn't create an unnatural 1 frame image tacked onto the beginning or end of a video.
