An app, or a better mobile-friendly option. Too many functions aren’t available in mobile friendly, so have to go to desktop view which doesn’t work well either (i.e., cannot access schedules in brands in desktop mode on mobile device - see attached.)

For SaaS Agencies it's important to create seperation from the actual software provider. One way to do this is to offer a Grey Label App. Instead of everything saying Cloud Campaign, despite paying for white-labeling, there should be at the very least a Grey Label App instead. GoHighLevel has done this well with social media platforms, zapier, pabbly, API Nation and much more. It shouldn't be so easy for end users of SaaS to go around the agency and straight to the software company.

Being able to offer a true mobile experience through an PWA would be great to allow users to take their content creation, posting, scheduling and social inbox on the go. The key, especially for SaaS agencies is Grey Label or White Label. End users shouldn't know about Cloud Campaign....only the agencies that serve them.

Yes, I agree. An app would be beneficial. Some of my posts are done on the go and I've noticed some issues trying to post through Cloud Campaign via iphone. Also, my brand managers are on the go sometimes too and can't always submit content for approval through their phone.
