Option to Require Login for Approvals

I would like to request that when someone gets an approval link, it is required to sign into your account to be able to view the content needed for approval.
Right now it is not required and if a client is not logged into our portal and comment anything, they show up as "annoymous" and we can't tell who the person making the comment is.
